I wrote the 8th review but the rating was incorrect the I purchased 3 DC9E cameras that states low battery but they are Solar Powered however the battery is dead I’m requesting a full refund and the fee I paid to have them installed what kind of busy is this no reply or call from your company when phone answer it immediately drop the call
I purchased 3 DC9E models and I’m getting a low battery how is that possible if it’s solar I’ve tried to contact and email for a week now no reply what kind of business is this. I would like a full refund since cameras are not working
I bought two cameras on august the 29 2022 from amazon. Everything was working well untill one of them stopped sudenly working. Any help???
I sent my feedback number of times through apps but never got a response from anyone or customer service about one of the (DC4L) camera issue. Even the toll fee number is hard to connect. I finally got hold of someone today and I was assured that he'll forward it to the escalation team and told not to worry, it will be taken care off. So, I'm giving the company a second chance. I hope they will make it right because I also purchased another model (DC5L).
